The Panorama BAT[X]M4 range is a discrete or covert 4×4 MiMo antenna solution for 4G / 5G with the option of GPS/GNSS, and 2×2, 3×3 or 4×4 dual band 2.4/5.0-7.2GHz WiFi 6e.
The 4G/5G antenna elements cover 617-960/1427-6000MHz to provide a robust communications link to ensure high data rates even in challenging network coverage areas.
The antenna can include a GPS/GNSS module with advanced filtering for either L1/E1/G1/B1 only or dual band L1/E1/G1/B1 with L5/E5a. The antenna is IP55 rated and designed to be mounted on or under a vehicle dashboard or parcel shelf but can be mounted on any non-conductive surface. Versions without GPS can be mounted vertically to a wall or panel.
The BAT range is supplied with integrated low loss flame retardant cables which meet the requirements of UN ECE R118 and EN45545-2.
With it’s base configuration (BATM4-6-60) this vehicle 5G antenna will provide an antenna solution where the goal is to achieve reliable 4G and 5G internet connectivity. If you are considering using an outdoor 5G antenna for your home or office 5G router, generally you will not require the GPS or WiFi to be included so the base model BATM4-6-60 will usually suffice. We recommend using an outdoor 5G antenna in cases where you have a much better 4G/5G signal outdoors compared to the router location indoors. For example a construction site office with metal construction will usually require an outdoor 5G antenna. This Panorama 5G antenna is pre-terminated with 4 x 3m long cables which should suffice to mount the antenna outdoors and connect to the indoors 5G router. The BATM4 antenna cables are terminated with SMA Male connectors so would connect directly to the Teltonika RUTX50, Robustel R5020 and Proroute H685 5G Routers. In the case of 5G routers like the Zyxel Nebula FWA510 which has TS9 connectors you would need to purchase TS9 to SMA adapters. This would also be the perfect antenna to be used in combination with the Billion M600-M12-FA 5G Router because it is available to order with FAKRA antenna connectors for an in-vehicle 5G router and antenna solution.
