You need to obtain a 5G Fixed IP SIM Card from a specialist provider that has links into all the mobile networks and provide the Fixed IP part of the service using their own APN (Access Point Name). These Fixed IP SIM providers have their own infrastructure, connected into the mobile networks hence the extra cost for your 5G Fixed IP SIM Card monthly rental.
